Servings: 3
3 Portions Mahi-Mahi (Dolphin) or Snapper
MARINADE
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1½ Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1½ Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1½ 2 Teaspoon Orange Juice
1/8 Teaspoon White Pepper
RANGOON SAUCE
1 Cup Bananas -- sliced
1 Cup Pineapple -- sliced
1 Cup Papaya -- sliced
3 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Parsley -- chopped
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Allspice
Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Marinate fish for 15 minutes.
Flour and egg wash if desired.....Saute or grill fish.
SPRINKLE lightly with Cinnamon and Allspice when done.
Quickly sauté fruit slices in Butter, add lemon juice and parsley to finish.
Top fish with sauce to serve.
This is also excellent with Snapper.
