Ingredients
2 Pounds Fish Fillets
3 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Parsley -- chopped
1 Teaspoon Dill Weed
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Paprika -- to taste
1 Large Red onion -- thinly sliced
Directions
Cut 4 large squares of heavy duty aluminum foil and spread with butter.
Place 1 large or 2 small fish fillets in the center of each.
Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a small saucepan, add lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt and pepper.
Pour an equal amount over each fish portion in the foil squares.
Sprinkle with paprika and top with sliced onions.
Fold the foil up and crimp securely - leave some room for expansion.
Grill about 5 to 8 minutes on each side, until fish flakes easily.
