LEMON - PINEAPPLE RELISH FOR GRILLED FISH

Good with Tuna or Swordfish.
Serving Size: 6


INGREDIENTS

• 1/4  cup Pineapple -- finely chopped
• 2  TB Lemon pulp -- peel-seed-chopped
• 2  TB Green pepper -- fine chop
• 1  TB Onion -- fine chop
• 1  TB Brown sugar
• 1/2  TB  Lemon zest -- grated
• 1/4  teaspoon  Dry mustard
• 1  pinch Cloves, Ground
• Salt to taste
• 6 whole Fish Fillets, 6 to 8 Ounces each
 

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients.

Grill fish and top with relish.
