Salsa for grilled seafood.
Serving Size: 4
INGREDIENTS
· 1 Cup Pineapple -- diced
· 1 Each Kiwi Fruit -- sliced
· 1 Cup Papaya -- chopped
· 1/2 Cup Red pepper -- diced
· 1/4 Cup Green pepper -- diced
· 1½ Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro -- chopped
· 1/2 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes
· 4 Teaspoons Sugar
· 2½ Tablespoons White wine vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Combine and mix well.
Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
Serve at room temperature with grilled seafood.
