INGREDIENTS
3 Medium Conchs, ground
1 Medium Yellow Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Tomato Puree
1 Pound Potatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste.
DIRECTIONS
Place Ground Conch in a pot and cover well with water. Simmer for 1 hour.
While the Conch is simmering, chop the Onion and Green Pepper, and mince the Garlic.
Add that to the Conch together with the diced Tomatoes and Tomato Puree.
Add 3 to 4 cups more water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until the potatoes are cooked.
